Tara has over two decades of professional expertise in the design and production of architectural projects. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Architecture degree from New York Institute of Technology and Masters of Architecture degree from New Jersey Institute of Technology. As Project Administrator, she has strong organizational and creative abilities along with an extensive knowledge of structural design. Tara’s primary responsibilities are to provide quality control while planning, directing, and supervising the production staff. Tara has an excellent rapport with clients, contractors and construction code officials and is able to listen adroitly to all concerns and negotiate critical issues. Her extensive hands-on experience in construction management includes estimating, project coordination, and generation of specification manuals. She is adept in coordinating architectural plans with consultants and contractors, and has years of experience in producing construction costs analyses in formulating competitive bids.
